Everything you need in a flashcard app
I dont write reviews usually but this app deserves praise. It delivers exactly what you need in a flashcard/memorization app. It looks beautiful. The interface for adding new cards is pretty straightforward but offers a lot of configuration and control for those with advanced needs. The presentation mode is perfect with simple keyboard controls to flip through your cards and test yourself. The program has different memorization modes (eg. cramming or long-term retention) to schedule your study based on what you need, and uses your feedback to prioritize the cards you screw up most often. The integration of the a backend to share and download TONS of free card sets from the Internet means that, depending on your topic, you might not need to input cards at all.
The price may seem a little steep, but Mental Case does exactly what you need done, and it does it flawlessly.
